Program Components

Orientation and Training:

Mentorship and Guidance:

  • Assigned a mentor within their department or area of interest to provide guidance, support, and feedback throughout the internship.

Professional Development:

  • Workshops, seminars, and guest speaker sessions on topics such as storytelling, visual aesthetics, industry trends, and career advancement.

  • Resume building, portfolio development, and networking opportunities to help interns prepare for future job opportunities.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to assess interns' progress, strengths, areas for improvement, and overall contribution to the company.

Program Duration and Schedule

The internship program typically lasts quarterly (3 months).

Interns are expected to commit 10-15 hours per week during regular business hours, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend assignments or events.
